@X0E  InterBBS features an efficient .QWK format message handling function.   This
@X0E  function will quickly retrieve new messages, create a .QWK format "packet"
@X0E  for you to download for use with an OFF_LINE reader program 'OLMR'.

@X0E  IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE that you may only get mail from the CURRENT FORUM!
@X0F  @X0EIf you wish to download or upload mail for another forum, you must first
@X0E  change to that forum/sig.

@X07 @X0EC   @X0F- @X0ACONFIGURE  @X0Fyour InterBBS QWK settings.  You can choose to download ONLY
@X0F       messages to you and you can specify to include messages addressed to
@X0F       "ALL".

 @X0ED   @X0F- @X0ADOWNLOAD  @X0Fa QWK packet.  Entering this command initiates the creation
@X0F       of a .QWK packet for downloading to your system if you have NEW
@X0F       messages in any of the conferences you have configured in your global
@X0F       scan (See "S" command below) for THIS FORUM/SIG.

@X0F       You may also use DG to indicate you are uploading a .REP packet and
@X0F       want to be automatically logged off upon completion.

@X0E DC  @X0F- @X0ADOWNLOAD @X0Fall new mail from the @X0ACURRENT @X0Fjoined conference.

@X0E DG  @X0F- @X0ADOWNLOAD @X0Fa QWK packet and then @X0AGOODBYE@X0F.

@X0E Q   @X0F- @X0AQUIT @X0Fto the previously selected menu.

 @X0ES   @X0F- @X0ASELECT @X0Fconference for your global @X0ASCAN @X0F.  You can also set
@X0F       high message read pointers while selecting conferences to scan.

 @X0EU   @X0F- @X0AUPLOAD  @X0Fa .REP packet.  This function allows you to send new
@X0F       messages created with an OLR.

@X0F       You may also use UG to indicate you are uploading a .REP packet and
@X0F       want to be automatically logged off upon completion.

@X0F       Use UP to indicate you are uploading a FNPQWK.PTR file.  This file
@X0F       is included in each .QWK packet.  It contains the your message read
@X0F       pointers before the packet was created.  When you upload this file,
@X0F       InterBBS will reset your HMR pointers to the values contained in the
@X0F       file.
